The hunt for the 2025 Women’s Domestic Overall MVP winner, powered by OFX, is set to be extremely competitive with the start of the Tier 1 era.

Last season saw The Blaze all-rounder Kathryn Bryce win the PCA Women’s Domestic Overall MVP to go along with the 2024 Charlotte Edwards Cup Player of the Year. Her outstanding season also saw the 27-year-old win the PCA Women’s Player of the Year at the PCA Awards.

Bryce finished almost 50 MVP points ahead of second-placed Amanda-Jade Wellington and a further 73 points clear of third-placed Kirstie Gordon.

Other established players in contention include Hampshire’s Georgia Adams, who won the Women’s Overall title two years running in 2022 and 2023 and finished fourth last season.

Alice Davidson-Richards is also set for a good season after ending 2024 on a high by winning the Rachael Heyhoe Flint Trophy Player of the Year and will be looking to continue her outstanding form with the bat in 2025 as a Surrey player.

With regional teams being merged into the counties, the number of female professional players has significantly increased, adding more competition for the £7,500 prize to go along with a bespoke gold trophy.

However, there are always young players looking to disrupt the establishment and win the Women’s MVP title. We have selected one player from each of the eight Tier 1 sides who could challenge to win the accolade come the end of the season.
