Gecko are an established leader in cricket coaching, but what separates us from the crowd is our approach. Over the last 13 years we have grown into the leading coaching business for schools and clubs across the Cotswolds.
We are on a mission to inspire the next generation through our network of fun, and inspiring coaches.
What you will be doing:
Working closely with our other senior coaches you will have the opportunity to run programmes and take on real responsibility within the Gecko umbrella. From summer camps or specialist batting programmes to one-to-one net sessions, you will make your stamp on the next generation of cricketers.
Below are some skills we’re on the lookout for:
A great communicator and team player
Eager to learn and demonstrate initiative
Experience running, and leading coaching sessions
Qualified coach to ECB level 2 minimum
Valid first aid qualification and enhanced DBS
Holder of UK driving licence
You could be a cricket badger who is keen to kickstart their career in coaching, or someone who is bored of clock watching in their desk job. Our interview process typically consists of an initial phone screen, followed by an interview with the hiring manager and a task, followed by a final interview with other members of the team.
