Coach and Facility Manager – London & Windsor

The Role

The job is centred around both delivering 1-to-1 cricket coaching programmes and managing the NET facilities. It requires a strong background in cricket coaching, excellent communication skills, a passion for developing players’ skills and knowledge of the game. A love for the brand and ambition to help it grow are also necessities.

As a coach, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging coaching sessions, assessing player development, and contributing to a positive and supportive training environment. Using our coaching technology, analysis and feedback system, you will be required to keep clients engaged and give constant feedback. You will also be required to manage rental bookings, ensuring each client receives an exceptional level of service, setting up the bowling machine for every session and helping clients as and when they need it during their sessions.

On occasion, the role may require the delivery of sessions/meetings off-site, but ample notice will be given if this is necessary. A key part of the role will be ensuring the facility is maintained to a high standard of tidiness during the shift. Whenever not coaching, the role will focus on facility management and client experience.

The Locations

The role will be based across both NET’s Battersea facility, 655 & 656 Portslade Road, Nine Elms, London, SW8 3DH, and the new Windsor location, 19-21 Goswell Hill, Windsor, SL4 1RH.
