"I never seem to have the time" really means, "I never plan my time."
What is time management? Time management is a system for controlling and using your time efficiently for things such as family, sport, relationships, study, travel, work, etc.
Poor time management is a contributing factor to STRESS. A little stress can be a positive thing as it heightens your senses and improves performance, but prolonged stress will have a detrimental effect on all aspects of your life.
