In 2013, we launched a search to find the PCA members who had achieved the most in their individual personal development. The reward would be a Personal Development Scholarship, the honour of winning, along with a monetary reward.

After presenting in January 2013 to a PCA panel who couldn’t split Mark Wallace, Lee Daggett or Gareth Rees – each candidate was awarded £2,000 each.

The final eight applicants who got to presentation stage have all been awarded the title and responsibility of PCA Personal Development Ambassadors. Their roles will be to continue their own growth, but to champion proactivity amongst others wherever possible.
