Mike Burns
Once you’re in cricket, you're in cricket. Former Somerset and Warwickshire all-rounder Mike Burns, who retired at the end of the 2005 season, is now carving a living in the cricket manufacturing industry.
Burns admits he was always interested in the kit side, so when the opportunity came to work for Bradbury Cricket, he jumped at it. "We’ve already got a few pros on the books including Somerset’s Keith Parsons and England pace bowler Katherine Brunt. Paul Bradbury and his wife Sally make the bats and I’m working on the sales side with our fantastic 2006 range of bats."
