DEVELOPMENT FUNDING

The PCA will fund 50% of individual personal development courses.
                 For example:
                 £3,000 would return £1,500
                 £1,500 would return £750

Education and training options are becoming increasingly flexible to suit the needs of any individual that is looking to continue with their education and professional development. There are many courses available to you ranging from short one-day professional courses to 6-year part-time higher education degree courses. It is important that you consider what is appropriate for you when you are looking for a course and that you enrol on a course that fits around your current commitments. The link below provides an overview of the typical types of education and training that you might want to consider. However, this list is not exhaustive and you are advised to speak with your Personal Development Coach for further clarification and / or advice on identifying the right course for you.
