Craig has played 19 Tests and 51 one-day internationals for New Zealand from 1995 – 2001. In 2001, he moved from New Zealand to England and signed to play with Gloucestershire.

Craig has not looked back since and has become one of the county’s most consistent batsmen. In 2004, he hit 341 against Middlesex at Gloucester in the County Championship. His innings contained 40 fours and six sixes and was the highest ever score by a Gloucestershire batsman, beating the 128-year-old record of WG Grace.

Craig is delighted that his benefit year nominated charity is Wooden Spoon.
