NatWest Cricket Club members put through their pacesLast month, over 100 NatWest Cricket Club customer members won the exciting opportunity, through a number of competitions run by NatWest, to train with the England squad. The players took time out between the NatWest ODIs against South Africa, and headed down to Surrey Sports Park to support the event. The lucky winners were put through their paces in a number of batting, bowling, fielding and fitness drills by both the England ODI team and members of the England Women’s squad. The session gave a taste of what the stars go through in their training for each discipline – an enjoyable day was had by all. |

Trott and Morgan take to the waterHaving experienced a rather wet 2012 season, it seemed appropriate that a couple of England stars took to the water in August, to experience the excitement of paddle boarding. Jonathan Trott and Eoin Morgan donned their wetsuits and took the lesson in Cardiff, organised by team sponsor, Jaguar, to support the launch of the new Jaguar XF Sportbrake. |
