Vikram Banerjee

Gloucestershire cricketer Vikram Banerjee set up The Frontiers Group with two friends whilst at Cambridge University.

The aim of Frontiers is to develop awareness of, and ability in, Personal Transferable Skills, such as leadership, teamwork, interview, presentation and emotional entelligence. We aim to "bridge the skills gap". We want to take people from where they are, to where they want to be by giving them the skills they need to get there.

In the current climate, it has never been more important to have the ability to stand out from the crowd, be flexible and adaptable. Frontiers helps people develop the skills they need, to face new challenges and hit the ground running.

The Frontiers group is a not-for-profit organisation which runs innovative and experiential courses, workshops and seminars for 1 to 50 people.
