The Cricket Academy has been specially designed for young cricketers to experience cricket life in Australia, using the latest techniques in cricket coaching and speed training. The result will be a fitter, stronger, faster, more mentally tough cricketer. This 10-week progamme located in Perth, Western Australia, from January - March, will give any young cricketer a head start in how to conduct himself as a true cricketing professional.
The programme will include:
- Coaching
- Club cricket
- Speed, agility and quickness sessions
- Membership at Fuller Fitness Training Studio, specialising in power and speed for cricket
- Optimising energy for cricket
- Physiotherapy/massage
- Advice and expertise from Darryl Foster and the Department of Human Movement
- Use of car
- Accommodation
