Gary Palmer, the former Somerset cricketer is now in charge of the Cricket Coach Master Academy (CCM). The CCM Academy is mainly for young talented minor county cricketers or players who are from a major county but are not in their system, between the ages of 14 - 20.

The CCM Academy provides a service to bridge the gap from a minor county cricketer to a first class cricketer.
